These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website noviy.ai (the “Site”), operated by Noviy Inc. (“Noviy”, “we”, “us”), a software company based in Ontario, Canada. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law.

Products and services

Noviy builds and operates software products, including Ravey. Access to and use of a specific product may be governed by a separate agreement (such as a customer or subscription agreement) between Noviy and the business using it. Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement takes precedence for the relevant product.

Acceptable use of our products

Our products are intended to facilitate legitimate business-to-customer communication and operations. You may not use our products to send unsolicited bulk messages, to contact people who have not initiated, requested, or consented to communication where consent is required, or otherwise in violation of applicable communications and anti-spam laws.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and software — are owned by Noviy Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noviy Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
